Using templates gives you the possibility of reusing the same documents only changing very little.

This wizard is going to help you prepare your document for AuthorizeDoc. It scans the document and finds placeholders. These you can use to collect the information needed to finalise the document before signing.

It will scan the template and find placeholders that you can configure to collect information before you send the document or for the receiver to fill in before signing the document.'

This wizard guides you through the steps of creating a new document. You can either use a template you've created or use a document directly.

You select a template, fill the missing information and send the document.

We have comprehensive tracking of all activities related to your document. When your document has been downloaded by all who have signed, we delete it from our system. You will be able to recreate it, going through the process of signing again.

You have the possibility of having multiple signatures, thus being able to automatically sign for various people.

Intégrations

We have several options for you to have the final document automatically saved to the online storage of your choice. We support, AWS/S3, OneDrive, DropBox, Google Drive. Missing one, let's find a solution.
